Ever wanted to own the rarest variant of Zep iv possible?
Well this does sound a little mad...but there's an element of truth to this claim.
Zep4 fans will no doubt be aware of the early copies where 'Zeppelin' is found in the southern sector along with Peter Grant. And this is one of the super early copies! But what makes this opy particularly unusual is...it as a corrected copy.
What was supposed to happen is a sticker was supposed to be applied both sides to obscure the Peter Grant credit. Except on this copy ...they appear to have only managed it on one side.! Now i have never ever seen this occur before...and imagine it is a goof up...and pretty unusual. To make things even more interesting...what was supposed to occur is another sticker was supposed to be applied in the northern sector to mention the band name...this appears to have been omitted! So we actually have a zep iv copy here with no mention of zeppelin on one of the sides !!!...i would put this in the exceptionally rare category.

1st press Red & Plum. Matrix A3/B4...This is the early Red&Plum version and plays great. Vinyl comes housed in the original cover with original exposed flips textured inner. 100% genuine 100% complete. 
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In very nice condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I could make out a couple of slight marks per side....A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a steady Excellent level of playback ...[with one slight deviation per side]...For a highly sought after title like this -  very nice indeed. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity.   Just a couple if ticks at the start of Evermore was the only vague negative.... Stairway plays nice into the opening fussy long intro. Very nice and clean well above average..consistently. just slight presence in one quiet spot per side. In fact audio quality is really superb -- you can hear those tones of a near-master copy that indicate you are listening to a VERY faithful copy.
Cover (Vg+) In very decent condition with clean surfaces front and rear. Some edge wear but nothing bad at all... The spine is in  good order 60% intact.. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg) Decent surfaces...a couple of small split and general wear.
