Description
Up for grabs is a very rare white label promotional copy of this classic album from 1969.
This is the 1st US pressing and contains the Robert Ludwig "Hot Mix" which was withdrawn because the high level of the mix caused most cartridges to jump out of the groove. Both sides of the record have "RL" and "SS" inscribed in the dead wax run off groove.
The cover is finished in the original matt finish and both the cover and the labels have the "1841 Broadway, New York, NY" address printed on them.
As I no longer have a record player, I'm not able to say how the record sounds but the vinyl looks in really excellent condition. There are some light surface marks, but nothing that looks too serious. I'd grade the vinyl as very good plus (VG+) The cover is in near mint (NM) condition with hardly any signs of wear and tear. Overall, the whole record is in fantastic condition for something that's nearly 48 years old!

Due to the value of this record, I'd recommend that it's posted using a trackable service with insurance. I won't know how much this is going to cost until I know where it's going so I'll have to add that on after the auction has ended.
