LED ZEPPELIN II ROBERT LUDWIG HOT MIX RL SS
Presswell first pressing with RL etched both sides.
Vinyl grade VG. Light scratches/scuffs and one very short scratch just barely felt. See grading scale below for descriptions.
The 50+ year old record plays very strong and has been a really enjoyable listen for me. See individual track comments below. Some light surface ticks/crackle heard in quieter sections, and between tracks, light to moderate tick/pop surface noise at times with music.
Side One
Track One a few random ticks, a repeat tick at very end carries into track two.
Track Two some mostly light crackle in quieter parts.
Track Three plays very nice only a few light ticks.
Track Four some random ticks at beginning and quiet parts, some crackle in very quiet ending.
Side Two
Track One (Heartbreaker) Plays awesome!
Track Two Sounds great!
Track Three some very light ticks barely heard at beginning and quieter parts
Track Four some light to moderate crackle with music due to mostly drum solo. A couple pops in track transition.
Track Five light crackle at quiet beginning and very end.
Did not skip on upgraded Rega Planar 3 and Dynavector 10x5 cartridge.
Vacuum cleaned and with Mofi archival inner sleeve.
The Cover has rubs, edge and spine wear, bottom seam split, name in blue ink on front.
Original inner sleeve, two sides split.
Letters in ink on one side of record label.
GRADING SCALE: M Mint - usually reserved for sealed records. NM Near Mint with only one or two insignificant defects. EXC Extremely nice, would be NM except for a few light hairline scratches or scuffs which do not affect play. VG+ A nice but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or scratches. It may play with a few pops or ticks but no serious problems. VG A well used record that still sounds OK but may have moderate surface noise, pops, etc. G A very worn record that plays through will do until a better copy comes along!
