Description
Led Zeppelin II LP Album.
Condition Vinyl: Near Mint Cover: Excellent
Album bought in 1980's. Played once to record to tape and then not played again. Cover is perfect other than approximately 2cm has become unglued at the top of the back cover where the record slides in.
I will be my entire record collection over the next few weeks (about 60 records from the late 60's - 80's so keep watching.
Definitions
NEAR MINT
Vinyl:
Records are shiny, with no visible defects. There is no writing, stickers or other markings on the label, nor any “spindle marks” .
Sleeve:
Covers are free of creases, ring wear and seam splits of any kind.
Excellent
?Vinyl:
Records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. There may be some minor signs of handling, such as telltale marks around the center hole, but repeated playing has not misshapen the hole. There may be some very light ring wear or discoloration, but it is barely noticeable.
Sleeve:
Excellent covers should have only minor wear. A cover might have some very minor seam wear or a small seam split . Also, the cover may have some defacing, such as a cut-out marking.
Very Good
?Vinyl:
Many of the imperfections found on an "excellent condition record are more obvious on a Very Good record. The record may lack most of the original gloss found on factory-fresh records. Groove wear is evident on sight, as are light scratches deep enough to feel with a fingernail.
Sleeve:
Minor writing, tape or a sticker can detract from the label. Very Good covers will have many signs of human handling. Ring wear in the middle or along the edges of the cover is obvious, though not overwhelming. Some more creases might be visible. Seam splitting will be more obvious; it may appear on all three sides, though it won’t be obvious upon looking. Someone might have written or it or stamped a price tag on it, too.
Postage:
Item will be securely packaged and delivered via registered mail.. Please be aware that I am in WA and postage times to the eastern states may take a week or so for regular post.
