Includes the limited edition single AND the extremely hard to get RSD cardboard Stand Up Store Display.
It is estimated that only 1 in less than 15 stores were issued the Stand Up Display and it's likely that most retailers kept the display for their own collection.

This limited edition Yellow 7" Single features a large hole and shaped adaptor, housed in a printed paperboard sleeve.
