I recently purchased this album sealed.  However, I clumsily scratched the album on my wood LP storage bin.  As a result the first track  on side I "Good Times Bad Times" has a visible wooden scratch (see picture) that is audible as a tick on this track. On the second side the first track "Your Time is Gonna Come" has an audible tick on the quiet passages; however no scratch is visible.  Further, both sides of the LP does not have any other visible or audible scratches as it is a new LP and is in pristine condition except for the one visible scratch - and it sounds great.

So there you have it - full disclosure.  You will be getting a new LP, except for the scratch, at a much reduced price as the price of these continues to skyrocket.
