The 1 is reversed. The 5 is upside down. The 3 is stamped over with a reversed 1.

Note: Remarkably, these matrices  are not recorded on the Discogs site. (Please review close up photos)
Cover: EX++ Other than a soft 1/2" crease at the rear spine, and edge wear at the lp insert open end, this jacket is in terrific condition. Zero shelf wear is present, and it has the proper first-press green spine. GF is superb.
Vinyl: EX++  The record is clean, glossy, and visually NM. There are a couple of small scratches. One, on S2-T1, runs parallel to the grooves and is very difficult to spot. 
Labels: EX Perfectly clean with gentle spindle marks.
Inner: VG++ Some typical age toning.
Playback: VG+ The record plays very well. There is some passive surface noise, and a few occasional tics are heard. The parallel scratch noted above on S2 causes one skip near the beginning of 'Heartbreaker.'  Play Grade: 7.5/10
A genuine first run, first pressing 'Zep II'.
