Description
For sale is a very rare white label promotional DJ only album of Led Zeppelin's second album, Led Zeppelin II recorded in 1969. These promotional white label copies were only handed out to select radio stations and DJ's and are significantly more rare then their mainstream counterparts. The reserve on this is very modest and much lower then what previous copies have sold for in the past.

The condition of the vinyl is VG, as it has many light scratches and a couple scuffs on both sides of the vinyl, with one scratch shown in picture 6 that I can feel with my fingernail. Surprisingly as noted below this plays through well with only one hitch on side 1 at the beginning, this would be a nice filler copy for the collector that needs this WLP and plans on upgrading to a better copy in the future, if you can find another. There is a very slight warp to the vinyl as seen in the videos below but it doesn't effect playing. Labels are in great condition with no noticeable spindle marks only some very light spots visible on the white label. Cover is in VG condition also, it has some wear to the front and back in the form of staining from dirt/dust, and slight ring wear. There is also some wear around the edges, with some white paper visible in parts. The seam is split about 8" on the bottom back of the gatefold, and there is a seam split on the spine about 3" long in the middle of the spine. Inside of gatefold is clean. Comes with plain white inner sleeve.

Below are 2 videos of each side of the album, which should give a good example of the condition, the visual condition is graded as VG but it plays very well, there is only the 2-3 skips at the beginning of side 1 for about 30 seconds but the rest of the album plays through without a hitch. The quiet parts you can hear some crackling in the background, but it is still very listenable, and can still appreciate the enhanced dynamics of this Robert Ludwig pressing. I skipped through some of the songs to keep the size of the video down, but you will hear at least 30 seconds of each song if not more. I apologize for the quality of the video, please adjust your volume to appropriate listening levels.
This is played through a McIntosh MA5100 + ML-1C Speakers & JVC JL-40A w/ Shure Royal Cartridge(Backup turntable at the moment)

- Records will be cleaned with a VPI 16.5 before being shipped, to ensure you get the best sound possible.
- Records will be shipped in a bag outside of cover in a poly bag and bubble wrap in a cardboard LP mailer with cardboard stiffener.

- Records are not play graded and I will not accept returns dependent on sound quality. As a rule of thumb anything listed as VG and below "may" have lower sound quality then higher grades.
