Selling our dads old record collection! We apologize for previously removing the listing on this record as we didn't feel the description was accurate.
Side one Matrix: 588171 A//1 1 2 Side two Matrix: 588171 B//1 1 1
1st pressing of led zeppelin's first album. Cover with orange lettering, with grey stripe across the bottom, appears to be a version 5 of the first pressing. The matrix numbers on both sides have been corrected with the 2nd 8 scratched out & hand-etched back in.
GRADING: Cover: Excellent. Some very light wear at corners & along opening edge. Insert:Some ring wear. Some browning around the edges. No rips or tears. Good condition overall. Record: Very good. Some signs of having been played. Some surface marks, light scruffs around the edges & light spidering around the spindle-hole, as shown in the pictures above.
