Description

This is the original Van Gelder-stamped mono pressing of Larry Young “Of Love and Peace” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4242.  The playing surface is in near-new condition with a beautiful luster; perhaps played once.  The coated New York 23 cover is also in near-new condition – bright, clean, and immaculate throughout; ¼” wear on the top seam, at the opening; “Audition Copy” stamped on the back slick.  Blue Note inner sleeve is included.  Personnel include Eddie Gale, James Spaulding, Herbert Morgan, Wilson Moorman, and Jerry Thomas.  $150.00..
