Box Condition: VG+ (some age stain marks on the front box) / Record Condition: FALP 852: Close to NM (few very light tiny surface marks) / FALPS 853 (one-sided record): VG++ (one virtually harmless non-feelable, very light scratch-like mark on the beginning, otherwise in close to NM condition).
