Si vede nella parte inferiore del fronte sulla cima della lettera O di "ROMA BENE; grande stato, NEAR MINT / il vinile ha lievi di carattere estetico segni causati dal contatto con la copertina interna che non producono il minimo difetto all'ascolto; grande stato, NEAR MINT

Condition : gatefold cover would be perfect if it were not for a drill hole made by the same record company for tagging the album as a copy out of catalog. You can see it at the bottom of front on top of the letter O of "ROMA BENE", NEAR MINT / vinyl has slight cosmetic signs caused by the long contact with the inner sleeve which do not affect listening minimally, NEAR MINT

GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie il controllo viene effettuato sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i dischi in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati, i 33 giri su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1 mentre gli EP e i singoli a 45 giri con un Thorens TD 166 BC fornito di una testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All records in auction have been fully heard. Lps on a Rega Planar 3 turntable with a Grado Statement 1 moving magnet cartridge, EPs and singles 45 rpm. on a Thorens TD 166 BC turntable with a Goldring 1006 MM cartridge. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : peccati e catarsi finale di persone arricchite in maniera disonesta, tema quantomai attuale ai giorni nostri. Lo racconta con eleganza Carlo Lizzani in una commedia satirica perfettamente riflessa dalla musica di Enriquez. Si comincia con la canzone "Down Memory Lane" cantata da Richard (Riccardo) Cocciante ai suoi primi esordi. Una ballata in Inglese accompagnata da chitarra, tastiere, basso e batteria che progressivamente aumenta l'intensità sonora così come il cantante fino a giungere ad un grintoso tema soul. "Boulders Movement" part 1 and part 2 (a2, b3) ha nella prima versione una vitalità rock con una bella linea di basso, chitarra elettrica e batteria su un ritmo travolgente dai sapori funk. Diversamente la seconda versione è caratterizzata da un moderato andamento pur con ottimi interventi della batteria ed alcuni effetti sonori in sottofondo. Entrambi i brani strumentali sono eseguiti dal gruppo di studio Godfather. Ancora Cocciante con un timbro caldo e vigoroso in "Rhythm" (b1) di natura funk rock sia nel cantato che nell'accompagnamento sonoro con una bella chitarra elettrica, eccellente drumming, e possente basso. Entusiasmante a dir poco "Uma Bossa prá Dedé" (a3) in versione unicamente strumentale suonata alla chitarra da Toquinho (b3) con l'accompagnamento di basso e percussioni, coinvolgimento dei fiati, ritmo molto veloce e belle vocalizzazioni femminili. Infine, Cocciante con coro in un canto gospel dallo sviluppo inizialmente lento che mano a mano aumenta d'intensità grazie anche al basso, chitarra, tastiere e batteria.

I titoli dei nove brani possono esser letti guardando i due lati dell'etichetta raffigurati nelle scansioni n° 3 e 4.

Notes : sins and final catharsis of people got rich dishonestly, an actual topic nowadays. These are told elegantly told by the Carlo Lizzani film in a satirical comedy perfectly reflected by the music of Enriquez. It begins with the song "Down Memory Lane" sung by Richard (Riccardo) Cocciante to his first beginnings. A ballad in English accompanied by guitar, keyboards, bass and drums that gradually increase the sound intensity as well as the singer until they arrived at a gritty soul theme. "Boulders Movement" part 1 and part 2 (a2, b3) in the first version features a rock vitality with a nice bass line, electric guitar and drums on an overwhelming rhythm from funky flavors. Differently the second version is characterized by a moderate development although with an excellent performance of drummer and some sound effects in the background. Both instrumental pieces are performed by the studio group Godfather. Again Cocciante with a warm, and strong tone in "Rhythm" (b1) based on a funk rock structure, with the accompaniment of a beautiful electric guitar, excellent drumming and powerful bass. Exciting to say the least "Uma Bossa prá Dedé" (b3) only instrumental played on guitar by Toquinho with the accompaniment of bass and percussion, involvement of the wind instruments, very fast rhythm and beautiful female vocalizations. Finally, Cocciante with choir in a gospel chant from the initially slow development that gradually increases in intensity thanks to the bass, guitar, keyboards and drums.

The titles of the eight tracks can be read looking at both sides of label depicted in the scans No. 3 and 4.

La coproduzione di Italia, Francia e Germania spiega l'utilizzo di un cast abbondante di attori ed attrici di buon calibro: Nino Manfredi, Michèle Mercier, Philippe Leroy, Gastone Moschin, Virna Lisi, Vittorio Caprioli, Senta Berger, Peter Baldwin, Umberto Orsini, Irene Papas, Margaret Rose Keil, Mario Feliciani, Gigi Ballista e Franco Fabrizi.
