This obscure album is a documentary on the LSD psychedelic drug controversy. Co-produced by Capitol Records president, Alan Livingston. Alan signed The Beatles to the label in 1964. Capitol later released this in response to the huge wave of drug use that was spreading rapidly through our culture by 1967. While the album does not have any Beatles involvement, it was more than likely issued as a result of admitted and limited drug experimentation by members of the band.

Includes commentary from Sidney Cohen, M.D., Dr. Timothy Leary, Mrs. Aldous Huxley, ^ Allen Ginsberg.

The album has also been sampled heavily by Porcupine Tree on their albums, Up the Downstair & Voyage 34.

Condition : -
Sleeve: VG some light discolouring around edges with age, all text legible including along the spine. There is a neat tape repair to one of the top edges at the opening & a catalogue reference sticker top left, as if it was once filed away in a dark laboratory!
Vinyl: VG+ just a few faint paper scuffs, mild surface ambience in some of the quieter passages. great example, professionally cleaned
