Description

This auction is for an original LP Album by the 1960’s British Invasion band The Kinks, titled “Kinks Kontroversy”.

 

It is on the Reprise label from 1966, R 6197 in MONO.

Recorded in England on Pye Records.

 

The labels are very nice & the album plays out nicely, but shows a slight bit of cover wear (no slits, tears or writing)…but it is in overall nice condition.

 

This record is conservatively rated in “excellent” condition. The original LP & jacket/cover are rated the same with some wear, in very nice condition for a 49 year old LP.

 

I have owned this and other rare LP’s in a record collection (5,000+ LP’s) for decades.
