This is an album of mostly punk or surf musicians covering the songs of Brian Wilson. Most of the performances are pretty good. My personal favorite is a gorgeous version of the instrumental "Pet Sounds". But like most tribute albums, there are a few stinkers. The versions of "409" and "I Wanna Pick You Up" here are pretty bad. But if you want to hear different interpretations of Brian Wilson songs, you will probably like at least some of the performances here. Here is the complete track listing:
