Hi,

Around 10 years ago I helped a friend clear his Father's house and as he knew I was into vinyl he gave me two boxes full of pristine reggae LP's from the 70's and 80's mainly roots and lovers rock including Love Joys, Hortense Ellis, Marcia Griffiths, Rita Marley, Ras Michael & the sons of Negus, Lorna Bennett and so on - it's been in the loft as it's not really my style but it'll be a treasure trove for someone who's into this type of music.

To be clear, I'm not a record dealer, this is simply me selling on some of my vinyl as I need to reduce my collection - I'll list it as I get time but if someone's seriously interested in the whole lot then I might consider a deal to sell (under ebay rules of course) to save the hassle of listing items separately.

Anyway, this specific item is rare (see www.popsike.com) and in very good condition all round (you can see my 100% feedback but if anyone buys and disagrees then I'll happily refund the purchase price). Being picky, the cover has a couple of minor marks / scuffs but the vinyl's excellent and it played beautifully when I briefly tested it out on my Linn turntable.

There's a lot of watchers (> 20) so please make sure you don't miss out on this obviously rare piece of vinyl.

Given the level of interest and a couple of questions ref quality, I spent 45 minutes listening to the record end-to-end and I can confirm that it sounds terrific on my Linn setup.

If I'm picky, and I mean really picky, there's the occasional surface pop and some low level rumble only audible between tracks (which is the recording not the pressing) but there's no pock marks from a dodgy pressing nor visible scratches. The vinyl's nice and shiny plus decently flat although the centre's punched slightly off centre (not unusual and it tracks fine) - it really doesn't seem to have been played much.
