·        Sight Graded Vinyl (VG- with some marks, not overwhelming...just distracting,  plays nicely inspite of this)

·        Label & Spindle Hole Area (VG++) 

·        Cover (VG++ 1/2" top left seam split at the spine area,  Otherwise all areas are intact, clean and well preserved.  Back is Super Clean,  We don't even see a ring wear,  if ever there is, it's super faint.  Very minor crease marks near the toilet seat cover.  FOLKS,  we're selling this primarily for the Album Cover...as we all know this was Officially banned and pulled out of circulation...…TIGHT & SOLID!  NO writings stains holes or sawcuts)

• We package all items carefully and securely.    Discs removed from sleeves and are protected by polysleeves and in most cases extra pads.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS (APPLIES TO ALL CUSTOMERS)

RETURNS:    We strive to give you WORLD CLASS SERVICE & TOP NOTCH merchandise on EBAY.     While we occasionally sell a wide range of items from records to valuable antiques and collectible sports cards and toys,   we may in very very rare circumstances not able to describe the item at it’s fullest.  If for some reason you received an item or items not in accordance with what is on the description page,    feel free to contact us  through postalwax@comcast.net or through EBAY’s email services  and let us know the problem.   We automatically refund all costs IF and ONLY IF the item is DEFECTIVE.  This would be the ONLY case we will honor a return if the item is totally misrepresented (or the lack there of).   We do NOT alter, repair, reseal to make items appear more presentable or better.   SEALED Albums/LPs/Other Items can ONLY be returned for a refund if they remain SEALED.    Any other signs or markings that the item or items have been compromised,  we will treat that as an open merchandise, and therefore is not covered by our return policy.  Items with the description of “SOLD AS IS” is self explanatory.    WE WILL WORK WITH YOU to fix or arrange the situation.     We will consider the following options for you:   Exchange, Trade, Credit to a Future Purchase or a Full Return of Merchandise and Refund of Fees (Includes Auction/Purchase Fee + Shipping).   There are however certain restrictions to these rules.

SHIPPING TIME & METHODOLOGY:  Upon receipt of payment your item or items ships out within 5 days….In MOST cases (98%) of the time,  it is shipped out within 2 days notice of payment.      

SECURED PACKAGING:  99.99999%  of our packages WILL ARRIVE.   This rate is based on our past transactions on EBAY.    As we strive for perfection,  we know our limits are bound only by the way we package your items and how soon we ship them out quickly.    While we trust our U.S. Postal Service System to deliver the mail to us,  it is beyond our control what happens to your packages as it is being processed from Point A to Point B.       That is the reason why we will package your items in the MOST secured way.     Contents and the box will be professionally taped, bounded and wrapped accordingly.

• I am a Career U.S. Postal Service Employee working on our Parcel and Packages,  and I do know how the operation works, handling time and processing.    That’s the reason why I should be able to handle your packages securely and safely (on my side) and hope to have your packages sent to you as FRESH as possible.   As soon as the labels are printed out and postage paid out,   I am able to direct your packages to the correct containers, all in all giving you 2 days worth of advance shipping time.  
• Your packages are co-mingled with others and enter a series of conveyor belts which lead to several points of destination.    I want to point out to my customers that accidents do occur once in awhile during processing,   packages may open and break up the contents,  leakers may occur and affect other parcels within the general area and these folks are not my control.
• My auctions are always NO RESERVE….Intermittently I will offer Free Shipping on some items, auction off Large Lots.
