This is an official limited reissue, originally released by CPM 1970.
The screeching guitar intro tells us instantly where we're at. Or so you'd think.
The guitar is soon replaced by backwards played vocals and then the first track is
all over. What comes next is some of the coolest and downright dirty blues rock
with that Krautrock edge that puts it above other bands playing similar material.
Full of guitar solos and a spaced out feeling, these guys sound like they could
hammer this stuff out day and night and never get tired. This album would definitely
be in my top ten krautrock albums. So as not to mentally batter the listener the
guitar heavy tracks are split between jazz-styled noodles with flute and bongos and
cool jazz-guitar solos. It's a great freak-out and chill-out album at the same time!!
I would recommend this album to Out Of Focus and Xhol Caravan fans and anyone who
likes their music with a raw, untamed edge.
