Collector's Quality. This album is absolutely pristine in every regard, and this includes the wrap itself. You simply will not be able to acquire it in better condition. Most of my albums are in this high quality condition. There are only a few exceptions, and I detail them accordingly.

I have just finished a detailed inspection of the album and it is without any issues. It is as just off of the MFSL production line in condition. The printing of the text on the album end is perfectly centered and aligned, which makes it easy to read when stored. The MFSL original perforated wrap is without issues, and is clear without fog. The album cover itself is without any issues. And, of course, the album itself is factory sealed, and therefore pristine; never touched by anyone. And; as most all of my albums, it is one of the very early production, as I purchased it directly from the distributor as it was released.  It was put aside for me, and held for me for my Complete MFSL Collection that I was building along with my purchases for personal enjoyment. ·      Collectors’ Quality / This is definitely without any issues. The most discerning and demanding should not have any reservations. Perfect.

·      Protective Wrap / The wrap is excellent. It is the perforated wrap. There is no fog or other issues whatsoever.

·      Album Cover / This cover is in excellent condition without any issues discernable by me.

·      Printing on the Edge / Slightly out of alignment. Almost perfect though. Excellent readability in storage.

Last night, a few days after I had decided to list Hotel California, as I was on my way to tennis for the evening, I made a last minute check of the television schedule before leaving. My night for the coming several hours was transformed! For the first time known to me, a real rock band, the Eagles Farwell Tour 1, Live from Australia, was just beginning. As we have several HDTV’s, and it was broadcast in High Definition on NBC, I enjoyed an outstanding and rare evening, of some of the finest music and performance, since my concert going days. It is amazing just how outstanding the Eagles were, and are today. I sincerely hope that anyone reading this listing was able to watch this program live on June 1, 2005; it was fantastic! This is what High Definition is all about. The Eagles just keep improving with time.

An Entire Factory Sealed MFSL Catalog Collection Available Individually

I have an entire complete collection of all MFSL albums in the MFSL Catalog, including UHQR’s and box sets that I am now offering individually on eBay. The first releases that I am making available on eBay are the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and the UHQR’s. All are MFSL original factory sealed and are in pristine condition, as they were purchased directly, and were therefore never in store bins or handled very much by anyone. These are of the highest quality possible and are quite a rare opportunity to acquire. These are as just off of the production line in condition. Really!

Payment Terms

While I prefer immediate payment using PayPal funded using bank account rather than credit card, I am willing to accept other forms of payment when proper arrangements have been made with me.

Please keep in mind that should you require using PayPal funded using a credit card, that payment will be made to my son’s PayPal account and you will be responsible for the additional fees that PayPal charges him. If this is acceptable, then, and only then, I will accept payment from PayPal funded from a credit card. I make this option available, as I recently learned for the first time, that International PayPal can only be made when using PayPal funded from a credit card, and I do not wish to exclude international buyers.

So long as it is completely understood, that no albums will be shipped until payment clears to my bank account, I intend to work with any purchaser to our mutual benefit.

If payment is not made immediately within 3-days, I will leave the appropriate negative feedback and relist on eBay again. Please be responsible to avoid any unnecessary difficulties.

Other forms of payment might be acceptable, but only if prior agreement is made with me before bidding, and we have agreed to do so. I sincerely hope that this is all completely understood. If anything is unclear, please contact me and I will explain anything further. I really want things to be easy for everyone involved.

Shipping and Handling

International is acceptable, but payment must clear first and be paid in U.S. funds. Payment arrangements must be made within 48-hours or I will relist and leave negative feedback. Please be responsible to avoid any unnecessary difficulties.

Actual cost of [ shipping · handling · insurance · packaging · signature confirmation ] are to be paid by purchaser.

Care will be made in all packaging to insure albums arrive in the same condition as before shipping. Confirmation of receipt is required, so you must sign for receipt of delivery. No exceptions.
