MERCILESS - The Treasures Within
LP, Active Records/Music For Nations, 1992, incl. printed inner sleeve

Gewicht/Weight: 260 Gramm
Zustand/Description: Cover in sehr gutem Zustand nur mit kleiner Macke oben Links und kleinem Preisaufkleber. Platte ist gebraucht mit starken, oberflächlichen Abnutzungen aber keinen tiefen Kratzern. Abspielbarkeit hängt wohl auch von der Qualität des Plattenspielers ab. / Cover in very good condition only with tiny damage in the top left corner and small pricetag. Record is used with heavy surface wear but no deep scratches. Playability should be depending on record player quality.

Mit einem erfolgreichen Gebot stimmst du einem bindenden Kaufvertrag zu. Ich verkaufe Teile meiner privaten Sammlung. Die Artikelbeschreibung erfolgt nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen. Eine Rücknahme, Umtausch oder Gewährleistung ist ausgeschlossen.
Zahlung: Die Zahlung hat umgehend und vollständig zu erfolgen. Artikel werden erst nach vollständiger Zahlung versand. Du kannst so lange Artikel sammeln, bis die letzte aktive Auktion abgelaufen ist. Nachdem die Artikel des Tages ausgelaufen sind, versende ich dann bei Bedarf jeweils aktualisierte Rechnungen. Sollte eine Zahlung 7 Tage nach dem letzten aktiven Auktionstag nicht eingetroffen sein, wird automatisch ein Mahnverfahren über das Ebaysystem eingeleitet. Zahlungen für unterschiedliche Accounts können nicht zusammengelegt werden.
Versand: Ich versende ausschließlich in geeignetem Material. Anspruchsvolle Gegenstände wie Schallplatten werden in der Regel in brandneuen und für diesen Zweck hergestellten Kartons verpackt. Dennoch kann auf dem Versandweg immer ein Unfall passieren. Prüfe daher bitte bei der Annahme die Verpackung auf Beschädigungen und öffne das Paket im Zweifelsfall im Beisein des Boten, damit dieser dir einen eventuellen Schaden bestätigt. Pakete von Hermes und DHL sind im Rahmen ihrer AGB versichert. Bitte suche im Schadensfall daher mit der Sendung und der eventuellen Bestätigung eine entsprechende Filiale auf, um deine Ansprüche geltend zu machen. Pakete von Hermes und DHL sind außerdem natürlich registriert. Sollte dein Paket wider Erwarten nicht eintreffen, schreibe mir also bitte eine Nachricht, damit ich mich darum kümmern kann. Der Versand für unterschiedliche Accounts kann nicht zusammengelegt werden. Pro Bestellung zahlst du nur einmalig die Portokosten für ein Paket mit Hermes oder DHL, egal wieviele Artikel du kaufst. ACHTUNG: Der Versand erfolgt ausschließlich an die im Ebay- oder Paypalsystem festgelegte Versandadresse. Im Falle einer Paypalzahlung hat die dort hinterlegte Adresse Vorrang. Bitte stelle daher sicher, daß du deine Anschrift korrekt angegeben hast. Bitte hinterlege für den Versand mit Hermes eine Adresse, unter der gewöhnlich jemand erreichbar ist (z.B. auch Firma, eine Packstation ist hier nicht möglich).

FOREIGN
General: With your bid you confirm terms and description read, understood and accepted. Any questions have been asked and answered before your bid. With your successfull bid you accept a binding contract. I'm selling items from my private collection. All descriptions have been made from my best knowledge. However, return, exchange or warrenty is explicitly excluded.
Payment: You may pay via bank (iban/bic) or Paypal. I cannot accept any other bank transfer than the european swiftcode system. Prompt and complete payment required. Items will only be sent if payed completely. You may wait for later ending auctions until the last active auction has ended. I will update invoices after each day's items finished if necessary. I will use the Ebay reminder system 10 days after latest active auction ended if there's no payment in sight. Payment for different accounts cannot be combined. You cannot invent your own shipping rates. Please wait until you receive the exact rate in an invoice if you're not absolutely sure.
Shipping: Loss or damage during shipping is risk of the customer. Extra insurance is available in most cases. Please ask. I'm only using appropriate packaging material. In case of sensitive goods like vinyl records that's usually brandnew cardboard boxes specially made for this purpose. I send all items at least registered, so if there should be any problem during shipping, please contact me directly and we can work on a solution. Shipping for different accounts can not be combined. ATTENTION: Items can only be sent to the shipping address made available in the system. In case of Paypal payment that address is superior. Please make sure you put in the correct data for that reason.

Below are the usual costs for registered mail. You will find the individual weight of any item in the description. You will only have to add them. Packaging is already calculated. Please ask if you want extra insurance or still have any questions about your exact shipping costs (I will have to know the items to answer your request exactly). Please also get in touch if the total weight of your items is going to be heavier than available. We can either split to multiple mailings if possible then or look for alternatives like DHL or Hermes packages (not available to any country).
