the concert took place spontaneously at friday 1 november 1974 at the Institute Of Contemporary Arts (ICA) in London. Both Joseph Beuys and Albrecht D were participants of the exhibition "art into society - society into art" which took place at the ICA and as such they were present and decided completely spontaneous to do a performance together
