JACKET: Very Good Plus, light wear to the edges and corners with light wear to the front and back
LP: Near Mint to Mint, still sealed in what is assumed to be the original factory shrink wrap - assumed to be mint
a 1"x 2" hole in the shrink wrap in the upper right corner on the front [see pic]
