Original MONO Record Album LP made in the U.S.A. in the 1960's by BLUE NOTE (BLP 4079)
** NEW YORK USA address on both Labels
** RVG is stamped in the run off grooves on both sides
RECORD CONDITION: Side 1 is EXCELLENT+ to NEAR MINT / Side 2 is NEAR MINT / very close to MINT-
- both sides play great
- Labels are clean on one side (extremely light long crease from manufacturing) - a few very light spindle marks on the other side
- the original BLUE NOTE inner sleeve is included
COVER CONDITION: EXCELLENT+ / not far from Near Mint
- there is no writing, no seam splitting
- there is some very light wear at the bottom right hand corner, a very tiny hint of wear at the very tips of 2 other corners, extremely light signs of storage wear on the back
