Original MONO Record Album LP made in the U.S.A. in the 1960's by BLUE NOTE (BLP 4079) 

** NEW YORK USA Labels on both sides
** RVG and the EAR are stamped in the run off grooves on both sides 

RECORD CONDITION is Strong VG++ / close to NEAR MINT
 - Both Sides Play Great! (VPI Cleaned)
- Labels show a very tiny hint of wear, a few light spindle marks on each side, a very small tear / very light ink smudging in a small spot on one side

COVER CONDITION is VG++ / close to Strong VG++
 - Laminated on the Front
- there are a couple of small light crease marks at the top left corner
