Description



DETAILS: Nice lot of 5 Canyon Records 10" 78 RPM Shellac 10" records featuring Native American field recordings and peyote songs. The recordings included are:

Peyote Ceremony Songs I & II by David Apekaun with drum & rattle [ARP 147]

Peyote Ceremony Songs III & IV by David Apekaun with drum & rattle [ARP 148]

"Shalako Song" b/w "Mudhead Song" by Harvey Lomawaima and his Hopi Dancers [ARP 165]

"Crow War Dance" b/w "Cheyenne Forty Nine" by Cheyenne Dave Group [ARP 169]

"Peyote Occasional Song No. 1" b/w "Peyote Occasional Song No. 2" by Morris Medicine [ARP 180]

VINYL CONDITION: VG; Shellac has some marks on all of its surfaces and some light scratches and markings that do not affect playback when used with the right equipment. Some discs are in better condition than others. (SEE PHOTOS).

COVER CONDITION: VG; Original Canyon Records sleeves have some creasing and wear but are in very good shape over all.
