ARTIST - Los Cucarocho TITLE - Quarto 307 b/w Tu Mano Quiero Yo (I Wanna Hold Your Hand) LABEL - Tampa CATALOG NO - 263 
RECORD GRADING - VG
The record has some scratches, label scuffs, and other scuffs, but plays relatively strong. 
This record is somewhat of a mystery. The B-Side is a Spanish language version the The Beatles I Wanna Hold Your Hand, but it does not give credit to Lennon-McCartney. The A-Side was written by the songwriting team of Elaine Fink, Shirley Romans, and Sandy Marks. It is an instrumental, roughly tranlsated to "Room 307." This song writing team wrote a few soul and teen dance songs in the early 60's for other artists, but I cannot find this song in internet searches. They wrote Slauson Town for Round Robin and Kiss And Tell by Julie and the Desires for two examples. I cannot find the group name, Los Cucarocho, at least not spelled like that. My guess is it came out around 1964. 
Quarto 307 is a cool fast moving surf sounding instro. As soon as eBay approves the sound clip, there should be a minute of it to listen to above. 
They do a nice job with the on the flip with the Beatles cover, with Spanish speaking vocals. 
This record is not known in the Tampa discography. Another strange thing is the catalog number on the label is 263, with no letters, in the right side of the label. All of the other Tampa 45 releases seem to have a "TP" then a number and it is below the artist name. Some others also have an "RS" number on the left side. This one has none of that. 
This could be the only version of this record you will find!

If graded Mint - never used, once a record is opened, the top you can get is mint minus.
If graded Mint Minus or Near Mint (NM) - A great record, one or two fine hairline scuffs, sounds flawless. A mint minus record can "play" mint. Covers are new looking, may have shrink wrap.
If graded Excellent (EX) - Can have faint hairline scuffs that do not affect play. Can have very minor infrequent crackling. Minor bumps in the cover.
If graded Very Good plus (VG+) - Scuffs can be more prevalent, with a little more surface noise. If it visually has more scuffs but plays great, I will note that. Still, a very fine and playable copy. Covers have minor age and shelf wear.
If graded Very Good (VG) - Can have lots of hairline scuffs, and maybe one or two scratches. Surface noise is more prevalent with some popping in spots. Covers have more extensive age and shelf wear. Minor splits.
If graded Very Good minus (VG minus) - More in the way of scratches and surface noise is NOT infrequent. Still, a viable copy. Covers may have splits.
If graded Good plus (G+) - only reserved for a very rare or popular record. Very noisy, maybe some skips, scratches are evident. Covers are trashed.
If graded STILL SEALED - I will grade the vinyl as "still sealed." That means it's probably mint minus because I do not know if there were any factory defects.
If reported to have Hairline scuffs - light yet visible. Cannot be felt with the skin of your finger.
If stated to have Scratches - Can be felt.
If reported, Age wear - on a cover is either fading or yellowing.
If reported, Shelf wear - is ring wear, corner bumps, or fraying.
