DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: large round sticker tear on front right (see photo) ..otherwise very nice with just light storage wear to corners..spine lettering lovely and clear: G
VINYL - SIDE ONE: a couple of ultrafine 'paper' hairlines, otherwise looks unplayed: EX+
VINYL - SIDE TWO: a couple of ultrafine 'paper' hairlines, otherwise looks unplayed: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
