- VG Very Good - vinyl and cover in decent shape, vinyl will have signs of wear and possible surface noise, cover might have stickers, folds, creases, and/or other blemishes
- VG- Very Good Minus – vinyl and cover will have significant wear and tear but still act as a functional record to listen to and enjoy
- G Good – Good vinyl and cover will have more severe wear and tear and would probably only be acceptable to a collector if it was a rare title
