VERY RARE Australian 7"/EP on London from 1960 (?)

Original Flip-back sleeve is in VG to VG+ Condition with some small rubbing top right of front cover where there was a name. Back cover is Excellent.

Discs are taken out of the sleeve to stop them cutting the edges of the cover in transit. Mail-order only with NO pick-ups, sorry.
