LITA FORD Lita LP Close My Eyes Forever w/OZZY MIKE CHAPMAN RCA VG/VG- LP


LP surfaces are graded in VG condition.  Sleeve is graded in VG- condition because while the image area is fairly clean, every edge is abraded (without spilling the seams).  Please see photos of actual item on offer!


LITA FORD’s Lita LP was a commercial high-point for the former RUNAWAY—partly because it contains her duet with OZZY OSBOURNE Close My Eyes Forever.  The duet may have happened because FORD was managed by SHARON OSBOURNE—or it may have been a consolation prize for Ozzy stealing Lita’s drummer RANDY CASTILLO.  However the Ford/Osbourne co-write happened, it’s GREAT!  It certainly didn’t hurt sales that it was produced by MIKE CHAPMAN (BLONDIE, SUZI QUATRO, SWEET, THE KNACK) for his DREAMLAND Imprint on RCA.  A 1988 RCA release (6397-1-R).


Falling In & Out Of Love was co-written by Nikki Sixx!
