Description
THE LEVITTS : We Are the Levitts LP (ESP-Disk' [USA] 1095) 1968.
Record is Excellent with light sleeve scuffs (as usual with ESP LPs); gatefold cover is also Excellent with a cut-out hole, light ring-wear, and moderate edge-wear (no splits). Weird eclectic LP by this NYC family (Mother, Father and five kids ranging from 11-16). It's all over the place, some straight jazz, some free jazz, strange spoken parts, hippie-folk, "turned on" soft-rock, etc. Includes a bonus LP (An Evening at Home with ESP, ESP 1081), which, I believe, only came with this record. It has LP tracks by Pearls Before Swine, MIJ, Har-You Percussion, Erica Pomerance, Jerry Moore, Ed Askew, Octopus, Levitts, Cromagnon, Randy Burns, Lou Killen, Tony Snell, and Todd Kelley. The bonus record is EX with the usual ESP sleeve scuffs.
