• SS - Factory sealed, mint condition, never been played.
• NM - Not a single flaw on the record. Looks like someone just opened the shrink wrap. May have been played once but you'd never know it.
• VG++ - One or two very small scuffs (usually from the paper inner sleeve). Otherwise NM.
• VG+ - A few small scuffs or marks (from minimal playing or the inner sleeve).
• VG - Some scuffs or marks but plays well.
• G+ - Scuffs and/or marks not covering the whole record but plays well.
• G - Significant amount of scuffs, marks, and light scratches but plays without skipping. A heavily played record.
