Description
On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Legend called 'Moonshine' and is a Stereo UK 1st pressing and the VERY rare Vertigo Spiral label!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE RARER LPS ON THE VERTIGO LABEL AND VERY HARD TO FIND - ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION!!!! IT IS ALSO COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL 'SPIRAL' INNER SLEEVE!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLY RARE LP!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Stereo UK 1st pressing from 1971 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The Cat. No is 6360 063 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Vertigo SPIRAL label (see picture) and is a Stereo 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Legend at their best!!!! Any fan of Legend, or 60s/70s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in brilliant condition!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, 1 small pressing mark (clearly from manufacture - and NON sounding), and some VERY light paper scuffing only visible under light!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!! There is NO groovewear, NO distortion and NO nasty 'greying' of the grooves!!!! The record must STRICTLY grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its original SPIRAL inner!!!! The 1st Press Gatefold Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has barely ANY edge wear, NO spinal wear, NO rubbing, NO ringwear, only VERY slight corner wear, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking) and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and NO yellowing!!!! The only defect on the cover appears to be some kind of delivery sticker (possibly when delivered to the record shop?) with a series numbers on it. Other than that this really is a STUNNING cover and must grade Excellent(Minus) if not better!!!!
HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this RARE LP!!!! THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL 1971 1ST PRESSING OF "MOONSHINE" BY LEGEND, IN STUNNING CONDITION!!!! Dont forget to have a look at all my other auctions including many other VERY rare LPs, and contact me with any queries you may have. P&P £3 in the UK, Overseas TBA.
