This fantastic foot long forty-five is one of Scratch's last recordings before the demise of the Black Ark in Washington Gardens, Kingston Jamaica. It is an ORIGINAL pressing & has NEVER BEEN PLAYED. Cover is also mint with no corner bends, disc imprints nor seam splits. Same artwork on front & back covers. On a mint condition foot long Black Art single recorded at the Black Ark in Kingston, Jamaica. Inserted inside a spectacular Magnetic Mirror Master Mix full color sleeve.

This is Scratch's original extended mix since it has no fade. It's Perry's infamous take on how the Vatican signaled they had chosen Pope John Paul II by sending different shades of smoke over Vatican City. The flipside, "Captive", another crucial Scratch production & performance, is Lee's lament that everyone's basically just a prisoner inside the walls of the Babylon system. This version of "Baffling Smoke Signal" is 6:22 long while "Captive" times in at 7:55.
