Label:   BLUE NOTE.  Catalog number is BLP 4222.  Mono pressing on medium thick vinyl, does not have deep groove. 

Label is blue/white with blue text.  Label address is “BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC * NEW YORK USA.”   “VAN GELDER” is machine-stamped in the runout area.   Does not have “ear symbol.”

JACKET has “BLUE NOTE / A PRODUCT OF LIBERTY RECORDS” on front at lower right corner.  Address on reverse at bottom is as follows:  “For Complete Catalog Write to BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st. St., New York, N.Y. 10023.”

Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl is beautiful VG++ with 100% of original gloss, appears to have been played a very small number of times and handled with care.  There are a few slight paper scuffs, not audible, no serious marks or problems.  Fidelity is excellent.  Labels are clean.  You will be hard pressed to find a nicer sounding copy.

JACKET:   Jacket is beautiful VG++ in original factory shrink wrap.  Would grade NM except for original owner wrote initials on reverse at upper left corner in red pen.  Shrink wrap is clean and pristine.  Not a cutout.  Overall a very fine jacket to go with the beautiful disc.   

Includes original vintage Blue Note Records “27 Years Blue Note, 1939-1966” factory sleeve in top condition.
