Description

RARE Japanese audiophile vinyl LP pressing -- LEE MORGAN - The Rumproller -- ST-84199 / BNJ 71028 -- 1966 Blue Note Records / 1984 Toshiba-EMI Limited Japan.  Recorded in 1965 and released in 1966 on Blue Note Records, this session featured Lee on trumpet, Joe Henderson on tenor sax, Ronnie Matthews on piano, Victor Sproles on bass and Billy Higgins on drums.  Vinyl is near mint ...not likely played much.  LP enclosed in original Japanese oval plastic inner sleeve.  Outer sleeve/jacket is VG++ (equivalent to excellent on some grading scales).  No OBI.  Includes original Japanese Blue Note foldout ad sheet insert, listing LP offerings from their catalogue at that time (see photo).  All enclosed in a mylar outer sleeve (likely the original, but not 100% sure).  I am an audiophile and have extensive experience grading, so bid with confidence.  Low opening bid.  FREE SHIPPING in the continental USA.  International bidders are welcome, but will pay for shipping.  Serious bidders only, please.  PLEASE SEE MY OTHER AUCTIONS for LPs and CDs.  Thank you!
