Description
Original Blue Note Record BLP 4034 Lee Morgan, Leeway, with Original Blue Note inner sleeve, issued April 1960.
Deep groove on both sides, "Ear" and RVG Stamp in the dead wax on both sides.
This record has a unique speciality . On label side 2 it has the address "47 West 63rd NYC", which is correct for the time it was issued. Side one shows the "New York USA" address, which was introduced with catalogue number 4075. However deep groove stopped with catalogue number 4049. So how can this label be combined with deep groove ? Goldmine has no answer for it. Supposedly a unique record , and very good music as well.
The Record shows some hairline scratches not audible at all. The overall quality is VG+, if not better.
The Cover is in perfect shape for it´s age as well. I would grade it Excellent.
