SHIPPING:
All items are shipped via Canada Post.
Shipping prices are Canada Post’s actual shipping costs plus a small handling fee.
Once payment is received, your item will be shipped in a window of approximatively 48 hours or less (usually the same day, or the following day).
We combine shipping.
Tracking is mandatory on all packages of a value of more than $50., or in the following cases;
Feedback rating of less than 10 and buyer located in Italy and Malaysia.
International bidder are welcome, however, if no shipping costs are mentioned on a particular product, it means that due to high shipping costs, this item may only be shipped to Canada or the United States of America. We will at your request, quote you the shipping costs before you decide to purchase the item.
No local pick-ups.
RETURNS:
Only items received that grossly differ from our item description or pictures are eligible for a possible refund. Please note that in order to be eligible for a full refund (the price of the item purchased and shipping charges to have the item sent to the Buyer), the purchased item must first be returned to us, and must be received by us in the same condition as originally shipped.
Return fees are at the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.
Should the Buyer refuse to return the item, we will, depending on the Buyer’s willingness to cooperates, offer a partial refund.
Items received that are damaged due to Post Office negligence would require a Post Office claim for funds to be reimbursed to the Buyer.
