Massively Rare Original BBC Transcription Disc Pressing 'Led Zeppelin Live 1971' !!! One Of The Rarest UK Led Zeppelin Records & The Holy-Grail for All Led Zeppelin Live Recordings!!! Only A Handful Ever Pressed!!! A Very Rare Record - Impossible to Find Anymore!!!

Here is another gem from my own personal collection (which I am selling off gradually to lessen the pain...) I have been collecting very rare vinyl for a long time now. As a collector, I have been very critical about the condition of the records I have chosen to buy over the years, and only selected the most pristine 1st pressings I have found.  My collection is therefore filled with not only the rarest UK 1st pressings, but also records of the highest grade quality condition, some of the best you will probably ever come across. All have been professionally archived and are fresh to the market. Sadly, most now have to find new homes. As I said, I am very strict with my grading, so when I describe a record as Nr Mint - you can rest assured that it will be a true Nr Mint record (I never grade any records as Mint because Mint does not exist unless you own a time machine and go back and bag a job in a 1960's record pressing plant!)

You are bidding on the legendary BBC Transcription Disc from Led Zeppelin's awesome 1971 London BBC 'live' recording, introduced by Richard Skinner. This is one of the most sought-after BBC transcription discs ever made and is very very rare. I have only ever seen one or two of these discs turn up on eBay over the past few years. This is an absolutely awesome live recording, and is considered the one record that really captures Led Zeppelin at their ultimate live best. Being recorded live by the BBC, the sound quality here is also 1st rate - which is another reason this records is so sought-after. This is not the usually tinny sound you get from poorly recorded or bootleg live recordings, this is incredibly well recorded. Hardly any copies of this disc were ever pressed and the legendary 1971 London concert is now well locked up in the BBC vaults. You will be very lucky to ever see this record again, I only have this one copy and once it is gone it is gone!!! Like all my records it has no reserve and a low start!!! The Classic white Transcription centre labels are in superb Ex++ condition!!! There are NO Scribbles, NO lifting and NO unwanted writing of any kind, just some very light spindle lines and that's it!!! The quality pressed vinyl is is superb Ex condition!!!  The record also still has ALL its original gloss and shine and has NO dulling, NO nasty greying of the grooves and absolutely NO scratches!!! There are just a one or two very very light hairlines present!!! It plays as good as it looks with NO skips, jumps or nasty pops!!! Just pure classic Led Zeppelin just as they were meant to sound!!! Loke I said, this is an awesome recording - very Loud and punchy!!! A superb example of this rare UK 1st pressing!!! I have no hesitation whatsoever with grading this vinyl as a strong Excellent (most would grade much higher)!!! Its as simple as that!!! The classic 'BBC Transcription Services' sleeve has NO major defects at all! It easily grades as Ex++!!! As I mentioned previously, please rest assured that this is in no way over-graded, what you are getting here is the real deal. I adhere strictly to record collector grading standards!!! It has recently been pointed out to me that some eBay sellers have been using my images without permission. If you are thinking of lifting a picture or two from my pages - don't. You will be reported and your auction will be removed by eBay. It's not that I mind, in fact its kinda flattering, my real problem is that whoever does this is not showing a true image of the actual record they are selling. The condition of old 1960's & 70's records varies greatly, no two are in exactly the same condition when they are this age. All my pictures are very specific to the actual records I sell and it is wholly misleading to to show these images with reference to a different record. Thanks.

Postage ... Hazey Jane has absolutely NO hidden surcharges; the price you win is the price you pay, just add the relevant postage, it's as simple as that! We always combine postage so if you win more than 1 auction you save money on postage costs! We will only ship to non-UK countries via Airmail - we do not use surface mail, it is way too slow and thus increases the risk of records being damaged during transit.

A little note about insurance - Please read carefully... If the value of your record(s) is over £30, your invoice will include an insured option. Being the responsible adults you are, it is entirely up to you to take this up  - we strongly advise you to do this but will not hassle you about it. You either add the required insurance or you don't. If you do add the required insurance and your record is lost/damaged, you will get a refund. We strictly adhere to it and will only offer refunds (minus the postage AND our eBay costs) if we are satisfied that we have fallen below UK record collector grading standards. Buyers who continually Haggle, Whine and Moan to try to decrease the price they won their auctions for will be blocked from bidding on future auctions and can toodle off down to HMV or Virgin where they can harass the counter staff there.

We will always leave feedback upon receipt of feedback. In an ideal world we would like to leave feedback as soon as the record has been shipped but due to feedback blackmail in the past (i,e, ",,,I want a partial refund or I will leave negative feedback") we have opted to take this measure. Contact must be made within 3 days of winning the auction. If payment has not been received after 10 days a non paying bidder alert will be placed.
