We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status!  Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... PLEASE ENJOY THIS ITEM YOU ARE NOW LOOKING AT..

We have just taken in a collection of incredibly rare Classic Rock '1st PRESS' LPs...All have been stored since the 1970s. They were played back in the day but have been stored away since for over 35 years, unseen until now! All are in amazing play condition and the sleeves are also super. Each one protected and played very very carefully, so you can be safe to know listening to these vinyls is a real joy!

As you can see, this vinyl is the  ORIGINAL 1971  PRESSING- Stored from new this LP remains in pristine PLAY CONDITION

THIS VINYL AS ALL THE OTHERS WE ARE LISTING PLAYS QUITE SUBLIME.

This pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age.

There are  a few light whisp lines, and a couple of little hairlines that do not sound -and thats it-  nothing else!  Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years, a few little dust specs are on the vinyl when we slid it for checking..

Some light spider lines around the centre hole-

 There is some dust on the vinyl where it has stood for so long unseen since the 70s!

all quiet passages sounded superb.

On playing through we heard nothing in the dead grooves bar the tiniest of static in the dead grooves...no unwanted noises or pops/clicks.

It was a stunning listen and overall we dobt you'd hear better for this amazing FIRST PRESSING.

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST !!

Correct ORIGINAL FIRST EDITION GATEFOLD SLEEVE  & INNER SLEEVE

NO OVER TABS ON THE GATEFOLD

 This is in SUPER condition, quite amazing how it has survived so clean.

The PANELS are all super clean with just some light rub on the edges, at all , and all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition

No powdery white ringwear - OR ring press, and all edges show just some light tip rub

The spine edge is clean, and leans over as many first sleeves did.

NOW!! the open out of the gatefold is astonishing. no marks on the black delicate inks, and just a couple of spider lines down the centre.

Overall a real cracker for this rare first edition sleeve.

THE INNER SLEEVE   EX+  

PAPER TEXTURED LYRIC INNER..Stunning condition, with possibly a side repair of around 3", but it has been done so well it could be just a light rub mark -nothing to worry over thats for sure!  A BEAUTY!
