This is Led Zeppelin III issued in 1970.
Heavy original vinyl pressing.
E J Day heavy gatefold Atlantic deluxe outer cover.
UK press gatefold outer cover No 2401-002 with Jimmy Page shown as producer.
Red/plum label No 2401-002 run off shows A7 and B5.
Label error in that “Celebration” is shown on the label whereas “Celebration day” is shown on the gatefold cover.
Bron yr Aur credit is below track listing on right hand inner gatefold cover. Do not confuse this with later covers which have track listing on left hand inner gatefold cover and credit on right.

Wheel fixed on spindle and turns perfectly.
I am selling my entire collection of LP's and 7"/12" singles as I no longer listen to them as my "separates" music system has ceased to work and I now find my MP3 player with 3000/4000 tracks more than sufficient and more practical for use in the car etc. I appreciate that many people today like vinyl LPs and indeed they are becoming popular again.
I have sold circa 90 LPs and 10 7" singles already (November 15th 2007) and achieved £34.70 for Led Zeppelin III and £25.00 for the Terminal "Hold on" 7" single. Many of the LPs are first pressings and/or rare collectors’ items. I have sold out my general collection of Led Zeppelin LPs and so am selling the remainder over the next 4 weeks having built up my 100% feedback score on an ever increasing sales record with buyers coming back for more.
I have carefully looked after my collection over the years since I started to collect them in the early 1970s. Most have not been played for 20+ years.
I will endeavour to list as accurately as possible using my own grading system supplemented by The Record Collector grading, several of the LPs I had considered listing have been disposed of as I do not consider them to be of sufficient high quality to sell. I recently listed my 1974 MG Midget on eBay and sold it to a collector who appreciated the condition I had maintained it in and paid £5475.00 for it (if you search for MG Midgets you will see how good this Midget must have been) and so I feel I am able to distinguish between the grades which are so often used and misused (abused) by other professional and private sellers.
I cannot and will not describe any of my LPs or singles as mint condition however, as this to me would imply that they are in an unused condition and none of them are, they have all been played to some degree and at best are excellent and at worst very good. I am listing all LPs etc using this standard template.
I have built up my feedback to date on general LP sales and am now ready to dispose of the balance of my collection which is mainly Led Zeppelin. I was an avid (some say manic squirrel) collector for many years and bought so many duplicates as I recognized then that they were the greatest rock and blues band in the world and one day the LPs would be collectable. I saw them in Knebworth in 1979 (still have the festival t-shirt, shame it doesn’t fit me anymore!!!!). If you can’t get to the concert then buy a piece of rock history and enjoy in the comfort of your own home. BEST PLAYED LOUD.
