Description
LED ZEPPELIN II LP from 1969 on the Atlantic label (588 198)
this is a standard second pressing with the THANKYOU misprint on the Side One label.
however, the Side Two label differs from other copies that are listed on Discogs.
on my label the tracks titles are much closer to the white Atlantic strip in the centre of the label.
my copy has A2 B2 matrices.
record has been cleaned on an Okki Nokki.
both sides have various hairlines and fine marks / scuffs.
nothing that is feelable or heavy though.
Side One plays through well with just the occasional bit of faint surface noise and the odd low level tick.
nothing that is too distracting though.
there's one louder pop just before Thank You ends.
Side Two is much the same really.
there's some slightly louder ticks during Heart Breaker but again, nothing that is too distracting.
i would grade the record as Very Good.
it's not perfect but it's still a decent enough copy to crank up and enjoy.
the sleeve is in the condition shown. it has shelf wear and corner wear plus some faint ring wear on the back.
there's also a thin strip inside the gatefold sleeve which has torn off. i've tried to show this in the pics.
i would grade it as Good.
