Led Zeppelin II Original 1969 Atlantic SD 8236
Robert Ludwig mastered etched initials on both sides of the trail-off
Seldom seen mis-aligned label text on side two.
Very hard to find these without plenty of noise throughout the playback. I played the disc all the way through on my system (Technics/Ortofon) set up and it plays like the vinyl has no marks or scuffs! Powerful at the 3 to 4 range and up! So much different than the standard issue Zeppelin II. I've had several of these over the decades, but this one is by far the cleanest sounding, noise free copy.
Clean, unmarked labels without the ugly spindle hole trails you usually see.
The cover is above average for this title which always has heavy dirt and spotting on the white areas and white ring impression due to the matte finish. This one looks nice.
2 price tag pinholes at the upper left corner are really the main distraction (no big deal)
