Up for auction is this CLASSIC VINYL LP by  LED ZEPPELIN with the VINYL in VG condition and the SLEEVE in VG+ condition.

VINYL IN VG CONDITION

Looking at the playing surface - the vinyl appears to be a VG+. There a number of surface/superficial marks, but not a massive amount, nothing serious or any  deep scratches, but when playtested on my Regar Planar 2 deck - there was a different story.  

There were no skips, jumps, or sticks,  but there was regular background surface noise/clicks throughout - more noticable during the quiet passages.  Sound quality was still Very Good - the noise was not severe enough to cause any distortion. 

Record labels are in great shape - nice and clean and the print is clearly visible. 

No sticky residue, but with some spots of  discoloration.

numerous spidermarks  - most are close to the centre-hole, very minor spindle wear.

SLEEVE IN VG+ CONDITION

The light brown tan sleeve has general storage wear from rubbing & handling etc  i.e the sleeve has some light creases & sleeve wear on/near the edges incl the spine & the corners.

The sleeve opening edge also has some handling wear.

All the text is legible on the spine, but the album title is starting to fade.

Some staining/discoloration on the front and back on the white background

No splits or tears around the edges or on the spine.

Inside of gatefold is in nice clean condition with only some light minor creases.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

I DO NOT SELL ANY VINYL GRADED LESS THAN VG, UNLESS IT IS ANYTHING THAT IS VERY RARE OR SPECIAL.
