You are looking at an authentic, original, and highly desirable vinyl Lp record album on quality vinyl at 33 1/3 rpm and is not to be missed! Here we have a very rare and hard to find German import pressing of Led Zeppelin II. Side 1 has got Robert Ludwig's initials stamped in the dead wax area (see pictures) and sounds superb! We play graded this rare record: Side 1 - Our notes are off the charts for this side cut by Robert Ludwig. For one thing this record is much better pressed than the USA Atlantic versions and is on virgin vinyl. Side 1 plays about VG+ to VG++ with some light surface noise throughout. Wow, this side sounds great. Side 2 is not nearly in the same league, however and Side 2 is NOT cut by Robert Ludwig and sounds like its about 3 generations removed from the master tape. Side 2 sounds like a bad cassette tape!  So you are buying this copy for Side 1 which has some of the best songs on it. Side 1, like we said is about as good as it gets for LZ II sonically speaking. Also the vinyl is very high quality. Side 2 sounds like crap so it is to be avoided. This record is not unlike Charles Dicken's A Tale of Two Cities - The Best of Times (Side 1) and The Worst of Times (Side 2). May not have original inner sleeve but will be shipped with a nice, brand new Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs, Inc. inner sleeve. You would be hard pressed to find a better sounding Side 1 of LZ II anywhere on the planet so please do not miss out on this great side of music.
