AAA BACKSTAGE CREW PASS
This auction is for a AAA Backstage Crew Pass(Access All Areas) from the Led Zeppelin / Ahmet Ertegun tribute show held at the 02 Arena in London.
The pass is laminated and comes complete with a black lanyard, the pass is numbered "2" and would have given the wearer complete access to all points backstage (the number on the pass indicates to security teams what access each pass allowed, the higher the number, the greater the access)
The pass is purple in colour, has a black & white image of Ahmet Ertegun along with the tribute logo, the No.2 is a lighter shade of purple and has the words "It Is A Great Life This Life Of Music". also in the lighter shade
The pass has the number "002" on the reverse
An additional laminate known as a "channel list" is included with the AAA pass, this also has the image of Ahmet and the tribute logo (A Channel list is used by crew to contact different departments by radio within the arena)
I have seen one other laminated pass from this show for sale on ebay which was a guest pass and sold for over 200GBP, this pass is rarer and far more desirable as it was used by the crew who worked on the show and there were only a very limited number issued
Approx. size 11 x 8 CM (both laminates)
Robert Plant has now released dates with Alison Krauss, so the chances of a Led Zeppelin reunion are minimal, this will probably be the last chance to own a very rare piece of memorabilia from this eagerly anticipated event
