ULTRA ULTRA RARE SWEDISH 1969 ORIGINAL single with a stunning and UNIQUE to SWEDEN only Picture Sleeve.

Condition: Cover is in EX-, due to a very small tape stain on edge of PS, otherwise easily EX (see scan) - still very hard to find in this condition. Disc is in EX-, with minimal surface marks.
