The Descriptive Notes Insert, with biographical notes, lyrics, and pictures and photos, IS Included. The back cover is textured plain blank black.
- CONDITION: Record: NEAR-MINT; Jacket: VG+ (a hole-punch through both spine-side corners; person's address label in front upper left corner; slight discoloration to front; worn corners); Insert: VG (at one point, insert booklet was folded vertically in half, leaving light crease; all pages yellowed; front page has a few liquid drop stains; back is discolored).
