Description
LEADBELLY. Classic In Jazz. 10" LP Capitol LC 6597 UK 50s . EX/EX+
Lovely original UK issue mid 1950s blues ten in ch record from leadbelly. Tracks featured are: Ella Speed, On A Christmas Day, Sweet Mary Blues, Western Plain, Tell me Baby, Backwater Blues, Take This Hammer & Irene. Item still in very strong playable/collectable condition. There are some traces of pre-ownership but absolutely no serious problems of any description. Cover in absolutely beautiful shape apart from the lightest storage wear. Previous owner has carefully protected the record opening seam and bottom seam with tape but this is a very neat job and done to protect cover rather than hide any defects. . Record in the very strongest excellent shape. There are some light traces of use when studied closely with the faintest and most occasional surface scratch, otherwise, absolutely beautiful. No traces of over use.
