Overall the record is in clean, previously owned, collectible condition, carefully stored, from a smoke-free environment. In protective mylar bag. From the estate of magician Bruce Cervon who was a long-time fan and seriously dedicated record collector.

Record - VERY GOOD MINUS: Record looks pretty good. Light scratches and/or minor surface scuffing. Label shows some wear (writing, address sticker, edges slightly peeled). Record has a light smudgy scuff about 2" in size on first 2 tracks on side 1 and a 1" scratch on side 2.
Sleeve - VERY GOOD MINUS: Sleeve has scuffing. Shows ring wear. Has seam splits, may have tape. Edges are ragged. Corners are bent. Soiled on front and back cover.
Record comes in the originally issued paper inner sleeve.
